Tailored Training

Prior to conducting training for your company I will need to visit your site, do a walk around, speak with employees and observe them at work. This allows me to tailor the training for your specific needs.

My training sessions are not the run-of-the mill reciting of the OSHA standards accompanied by death by PowerPoint (precisely why I stopped doing the OSHA 10 and 30 hour). My training is conducted as a guided discussion with encouragement of input by the workers actually doing the work. I use your workplace as a training aid so that the workers get the training they need for the actual work they do in their actual workplace.

This method allows me to cover all the requirements of the OSHA standards give the workers the information they need, and at the same time not take hours and hours of time out of the work schedule.
